The Brake Beaver Stud Sucker is designed to clean the lug stud threads and well as the hub mating surface on heavy duty studs. This tool cleans the grubbiest of hubs and studs with its internal and external interchangeable abrasives. The Stud Sucker is also the perfect tool to pair with the OTL-360 to ensure a secure connection to the hub while machining as well as proper wheel torquing once mounting the wheel assemblies back on to the hub.
Attach the StudSucker to any power driven tool (pneumatic, electric or battery) capable of accepting a ½” square drive. Maximum 4000 RPM.
Align the large diameter slots on the Stud Sucker cleaning head with the head of the retaining bolts.
Rotate clockwise after contacting the bottom of the Stud Sucker Cleaning Head with the face of the body.
Align, push down, and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
Curl replacement inner cleaning brush to form a tube.
Push replacement brush into the main tool body.
Align ends of the brush with the anti-rotate pin.
