We’re expanding in 2026 — and we’re looking for a high-drive, competitive, ambitious Territory Manager to join us.

About the Role

This is a hunter role — perfect for someone who thrives on meeting new customers, closing deals, and being on the road. You’ll be the frontline ambassador for Moto Solutions, visiting shops, dealerships, fleets, and heavy-duty facilities daily.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, build and grow a sales territory across Ontario (and occasionally beyond)
  • Visit new and existing customers daily (dealerships, independents, fleets, HD shops, etc.)
  • Demonstrate equipment and provide basic training to new clients
  • Identify opportunities, follow up aggressively, and close deals
  • Represent Moto Solutions and our product lines with professionalism and confidence
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and product launches
  • Work closely with our operations and service teams to support customers
  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM
  • Become a product expert through hands-on training and certification

Who We're Looking For

Ideally with automotive, industrial, heavy equipment, or tool industry background. (We will train you on our specific products.)

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive/industrial preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record, ability to operate vehicle while towing a trailer
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence working independently
  • Ability to handle equipment demos (reasonable physical capability)
  • Tech-savvy enough to use CRM, email, excel spreadsheets, etc.
  • A competitive mindset and a desire to WIN
